Through effective programs, training leaders and connecting Christians, we want to ensure those called to the marketplace reach their God-given potential. In an increasingly secular world, we want to encourage and equip Christians to stay engaged with the marketplace.
We want to help those called to business to be salt and light and to be commercially successful. Our aim is to see thousands trained and released into effective followers of Jesus, building Kingdom resources and influence the marketplace for good.

EXPERIENCE
Founder and President, Mark Bilton is highly regarded as an international award winning, commercially astute, “Leadership Advisor”. He brings his extensive CEO experience; leadership, culture, strategic, business transformation, and multinational skills, to both the executive’ and board’ tables. Mark is the Managing Partner of Leadership Advisors; “Thought Patrol”. Marks’s faith since his radical conversion at 21 has impacted his whole life including his work-life. He is on a mission to reframe leadership and humanise the workplace.
Our Story
Called to Business was established in 2009 by Mark Bilton. Mark’s desire is to create an organisation to”Encourage and Equip Christians to be Effective at Work”. From humble beginnings, it has grown into a ministry to thousands of working Christians. Mark’s books Monday Matters and Monday Memos are now definitive works in Marketplace Ministry. Called to Business provides resources to educate and train Marketplace Christians, to effectively integrate Faith and Work. We encourage a ‘Whole Life’ view that breaks down the ‘Secular Sacred Divide’ and affirm ‘Working Believers’ to embrace their ‘Calling at Work’.
